yorkyy is a free product developed by Nueltek Global Resources. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data we handle and why.

Who we are
yorkyy (“we”, “us”) is operated by Nueltek Global Resources. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@nueltekglobalresources.com.
What we collect
We keep this minimal. We collect:
- Your account details — the email address you sign in with, and a display name if you set one.
- The forms and content you create — your forms, their settings, and the notification channels you connect.
- Responses submitted to your forms — the data people enter into forms you publish. This belongs to you.
- Basic technical data — when someone views or submits a form, we briefly use their IP address for security and spam protection, and to show you country-level analytics. We do not store raw IP addresses in our analytics — we derive the country and discard the address.
How we use it
- To run the service — store your forms and deliver responses.
- To send you notifications through the channels you connect (email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, webhooks).
- To protect the service from spam and abuse.
- To show you analytics about how your forms perform.
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.
Third parties we rely on
To run a free service we use a few trusted providers: an email provider (Resend) to send sign-in links and email notifications; our hosting and database providers to run the app; and the notification channels you choose to connect. When you connect a channel, your responses are sent to that service on your instruction.
Your data is yours
- Export — you can download everything we hold about your account at any time from your settings.
- Deletion — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your settings. This is immediate and irreversible.
Sessions & cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it — we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Data for form respondents
If you fill out a form built with yorkyy, the data you submit goes to the person who created that form — they are responsible for it. Contact the form owner regarding any data you've submitted to their form.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
