The service
yorkyy is a free form builder with real-time response notifications, provided by Nueltek Global Resources. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use yorkyy.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to use yorkyy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use yorkyy to:
- Break the law, or collect data you have no right to collect.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content.
- Harass, harm, or violate the privacy or rights of others.
- Attack, overload, or attempt to compromise the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
Your content is your responsibility
You own and are fully responsible for the forms you build and the responses you collect. You are responsible for handling that data lawfully — including getting any consent your respondents are entitled to, and complying with the data-protection laws that apply to you. Nueltek Global Resources is not responsible for the content you collect or how you use it.
Provided “as is”
yorkyy is a free service provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered (delivery also depends on third-party services like Telegram, Slack, or email providers, which are outside our control).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nueltek Global Resources is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) yorkyy — including lost data, missed notifications, lost business, or any indirect or consequential loss. You use the service at your own risk.
Service changes
Because yorkyy is free and evolving, we may change, limit, or discontinue features — or the whole service — at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of major changes where we can.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
